This Privacy Policy describes how PropScoutr ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit propscoutr.com or submit your criteria through our Hot List sign-up form.
When you submit the Hot List form, we collect: your first and last name, email address, phone number, purchase budget range, target markets (counties), and investment preferences. We also collect standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source) through Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: (a) our partner licensed real estate brokerage for buyer representation purposes; (b) Brevo (our email service provider) to deliver communications; and (c) analytics providers (Google, Meta, TikTok) as described in Section 4. We do not share your information with wholesalers, data brokers, or marketing aggregators.
We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to measure site traffic and ad performance. These tools may set cookies on your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we have collected about you; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent); and (d) non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We retain your contact information for as long as you are subscribed to the Hot List. If you unsubscribe, we suppress your email from future sends but may retain a record for compliance purposes for up to three years.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Your data is stored by Brevo (SOC 2 compliant) and transmitted over HTTPS.
PropScoutr is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at propscoutr.com/privacy with a new effective date.
